Work

Nimbis Designs - Enterprise CRM migrations

Ran enterprise CRM migrations end to end: source-to-target field mapping, reconciliation against control totals, and the testing cycle that gated go-live, for healthcare systems carrying claims and eligibility data. Five concurrent enterprise engagements, all retained through renewal.

Pagaya Technologies - Bank and fintech partner launches

Took bank and fintech partners from signed contract to live revenue, including co-branded credit card programs. Partner due diligence covered principal vetting and a review of each partner's fraud program, and launches cleared executive review.

JPMorgan Securities - Institutional client onboarding

Onboarded ~20 concurrent hedge fund and institutional relationships, defining the reporting each fund or its custodian required and how it was routed. Deliverables scaled with a client's asset mix rather than its headcount.

About

I work at the seam between what a client says they need and a system that has to actually do it - scoping it, mapping the data, writing the rules down, and owning the gate before anything goes live. Eight-plus years of that across institutional finance, consumer fintech and healthcare. Cornell economics, and a product management credential from eCornell.

Based in Oceanside, California. I work Pacific hours, remote or on-site around San Diego, and travel to clients when the work calls for it. Outside work I'm usually outdoors - 38 of the 63 national parks so far, and an Eagle Scout a long way before that.
